do i need experience in pilates to begin?

No. Deanna specializes in introducing beginning pilates practitioners to the pilates method. Whether you’re new to exercise, or an experienced practitioner, she will work with you and your individual goals to tailor your program.
i’m not local to the studio, but would like to learn pilates. do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! Deanna provides both in-person and virtual options. If virtual, sessions will explore the mat pilates repertoire, with additional equipment should you have that available at your home.
where are you located?

Deanna teaches out of her home studio in Deerfield, IL. With a separate entrance to the studio, your pilates session allows privacy and accessibility. Address will be provided upon scheduling.
what equipment do you use?

As a classical pilates studio, Skylight Pilates is equipped with a Gratz reformer, tower, wunda chair, ladder barrel, and spine corrector.
All sessions are 55 minutes. Private sessions are $80 and duet sessions are $65 per individual for a total of $130.
