healing through movement
welcome to skylight!
Your first session doesn’t begin at the studio—it begins with an introductory chat. We review your background, goals, any limitations, and what to expect when you arrive.
I provide an intake form and what to bring on day one.
I answer questions and concerns.
your first session
No matter your experience, each session touches on the pilates core principles: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.
We apply introductory discussion as I teach you the classical pilates order, with the equipment that best suits your needs. Each apparatus is designed to meet you in a different way, allowing you to experience something new each time you approach the work.
At the end of your session, we will review your goals and next steps!
